If you want fashion, go to all the designer websites and look at their seasonal catalogues. Also, you can go to websites like www.teenvogue.com and check out what the magazines are featuring.
For women advice, it really depends on what you want. You can generally find things on seventeen.com, about.com, and toneteen.com (these are all for teenagers but sometimes for older women too.)
Try googling things if you have no luck, just with the keyword you want to research.
