its for the oldies, they do need to be careful in hot weather
because you have to presume that people are stupid. if you didn't someone out there wouldn't know that you need lots of water and complain
its called Blair's nanny state!
Because some people don't know what to do and the advice is not to just drink water.
Are you a member of the nanny state or are you an answer looking for a problem?
...because most people are stupid. Simply.
It is like the public service adverts about making sure to cook meat correctly, don't drive when drunk, don't do stupid thngs when at the coast, don't deal drugs while in other countries...there are a mass of adverts like this, it is the same with everything else.
Some people honest to god are so stupid as to need someone to remind them of these things.
