I have never taken any advice from it BUT typically things work different for different people. So my advice, try it if it does not work then you are learning more about yourself then.
I take advice from a number of sources not just one bible so to speak as not everything the mh people say will work for everyone.
Dont know how useful its been for me, usually someone is cracking onto me before I get the nerve to have a crack myself.
