I'm 26, good looking, but I am really shy and whenever I see a girl I'd like to get to know I instantly become nervous and think to myself there's no point in getting into a conversation because it will lead no where. In other words I sabotage myself from meeting girls, although i want to. Can anyone suggest some tips or advice(not pickup artist advice), just some practical things i can do in order to get over this shyness i have,Can't find the opportunity to meet women, need some advice please?
Believe in yourself, trust in your instincts, if you want a girl go get her!
if something goes wrong there's more girls in the world!
be confident try talking about simple things to them.

instead of just seeing a stranger you like to meet... just get with a close friend and maybe go from there. you will soon see that it's not that hard to spark a conversation with a complete stranger! :)
