The very simple answer is only after she attains her Puberty, unless and other wise she has some problem, before and after her puberty. Other wise she has no need to go to Ob/Gyn Dr.Women advice please?
I agree with the gynecologist part, but I would start sooner than when sexually active. I think it's better to start annual visit as soon as you start menstruating. But that's just my opinion.
Once she is sexually active or when she is 18...whichever comes first.
And she shouldn't see an OBGYN, just a gynecologist will suffice.
