Not local to you - But if you don't get any specific recommendations, check with your local ';Legal Aid'; office (it's usually in or right near the courthouse) - tell them your story and they should be able to point you in the right direction - and I've found they usually have good insight on the judges that may end up handling your case - which could be very helpful, too.
